Bryan D Myers, President

Prior to founding Strategic Asset Management, Ltd. in 1994, Bryan was President and CEO of The W.H. Myers Company, Inc. DBA Myers Showrooms from 1976 to 1994. In addition to presiding over Strategic Asset Management; Ltd., Bryan is an Investment Advisor Representative with Brookwood Private Wealth, LLC and has successfully passed securities exams for series 7, 24, 65 and 63. Bryan is also licensed to sell Life, Disability, Long-Term Care insurance in MD, PA and VA.

Bryan earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore. He also earned the ACCREDITED INVESTMENT FIDUCIARY ANALYST (AIFA®) designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies, in association with University of Pittsburgh’s Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business, and the RETIREMENT INCOME CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL (RICP®) designation from the American College. Bryan’s continuing education endeavors include courses in Corporate Cash Management and Financial Planning for the Closely Held Business conducted by the College of William and Mary and the American Management Association, Estate and Asset Planning Using Trusts conducted by Raymond James Trust School, and Portfolio Management Theory and Practice conducted through Portfolio Concepts Inc.

In 1999, Bryan founded the Hampton Roads Virginia Chapter of Young Entrepreneurs Organization (YEO).

Bryan is a member of The Financial Services Institute, and The Center for Fiduciary Studies. Bryan has over 40 years of practical experience in business management, and finance. (Over 20 years as an Investment Advisor.)

Bryan is a native of Carroll County Maryland and is married with three children. Bryan currently resides in Manchester, MD with his wife Debbie.

 



Chris Coolidge, Chief Investment Officer

Chris Coolidge, a CFA® charterholder with 25 years of investment experience, is a seasoned portfolio and relationship manager at Brookwood Investment Group. Holding a B.S. in Finance from Drexel University, he has consistently delivered top-tier investment services to sophisticated clients. Chris’s expertise was honed at globally recognized firms like BlackRock and Brandywine Global Investment Management, where he managed domestic and international fixed income strategies with assets peaking at $17 billion. An 8-time PSN Top Gun Award winner, he is renowned for his strategic insights and has significantly influenced the financial industry. Chris is an active member of the CFA Institute, the CFA Society of Philadelphia, and the Bond Club of Philadelphia, continually shaping the landscape of investment management.

Bill has spent over 38 years in the financial industry and gained access to some of the foremost tax planning professionals in the world. He has helped hundreds of clients to reduce their taxes.




Bill focuses on implementing advanced tax strategies first rather than fixating on financial or insurance products.

With this attitude of “value first”, Bill achieves results for his clients and helps them to build legacies that will last for generations. Today, Bill’s strategies are utilized by many high net-worth individuals and business owners with assets from $2 million to over $1 billion together with his partner Scott Fedyshyn.

Bill lives with his wife Tracie in Cornelius, North Carolina. He has five children and two grandchildren. Bill enjoys mountain biking, fishing, golf, and mentoring CPAs, financial planners, and other financial professionals. He is actively mentoring over 100 financial professionals throughout the U.S.
